Associate
Start on the stipend program and build consistent personal production.
- $6,000 personal AP per month
- $2,000 monthly stipend for up to 12 months
- 30% commission + bonuses
Level 2
Associate Director
Build a team of ten and begin earning overrides on team production.
- Minimum 10 active agents, each expected to produce $6,000 AP monthly
- $60,000 monthly team production
- $10,000 personal AP
- 70% on personal production
- 5% override on team production
Level 3
Director
Lead a team of twenty with a higher override and personal commission.
- Minimum 20 active agents, each expected to produce $6,000 AP monthly
- $120,000 monthly team production
- $15,000 personal AP
- 90% on personal production
- 10% override on production
Level 4
Senior Director
Develop Directors beneath you and lead a multi-team organization.
- 3 Directors under your leadership structure
- 3 Directors + 17 regular = 77 agents
- 77 agents producing $6,000 AP monthly = $462,000 team production
- 15% override structure
- $15,000 personal AP monthly
- 100% commission level
Level 5
Agency Owner
SVP / Agency Owner leadership over Senior Directors, Directors and their agents.
- Leadership over 2 Senior Directors
- Leadership over 6 Directors
- Leadership over approximately 137 agents
- 20% override structure
- $15,000 personal AP
